Delivering 600 cranking amps, 90-amp hours of capacity (SLA equivalent) and weighing a scant 7 pounds, these batteries utilize the same technology found in our Carbon Series but in a more budget friendly package.
Perfect for use in GM 602/604/525 powered oval track race cars, stock/stock eliminator level drag cars and factory level road course vehicles. The 1290 Series is available in two configurations, one for engines without an alternator (FL-S1290) and one for engines equipped with alternators (FL-S1290B).

The FL-S1290 is a 12V 90ah battery that is 2nd to none!! We designed & built these batteries in house from cell design we developed for NASCAR teams.
